Overview
We are seeking a Sanctions Screening and Operations System Lead as part of our growing Analytics, Governance, and Sanctions Operations (AGSO) team within Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group. The System lead role will focus on Intuit’s sanctions screening program, supporting Lexis Nexis (LN) Bridger System administration. The Systems lead will work across several functional areas (Legal, Technology, Onboarding, Information Security, Internal Audit, etc.) to support all things related to LN Bridger System administration and for various technical and operational compliance initiatives that drive short- and long-term business outcomes. The role is based out of Intuit San Diego office.
What you'll bring
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Lexis Nexis Bridger Administrator and process compliance experience in financial services, including sanction screening or related fields
CGSS certification is a plus
BA/BS degree required, or equivalent work experience
Subject Matter Expertise with Bridger Insight XG required
Agile Mindset and experience in using Agile tools such as JIRA / Confluence desired
Strong analytical and strategic skills to drive actionable recommendations grounded on data
Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and key deadlines
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate, prioritize across teams, influence decision-makers, and build consensus with teams
High degree of accountability, organization, and empathy
Certifications preferred: CGSS - Certified Global Sanctions Specialist Certification
How you will lead
Support the development and execution of Sanction Screening and Embargo Country Blocking programs as a part of the operations team
Own the User Access Control Process (account additions, removals, modifications, and periodic review of permissions, usage, and reporting) for Lexis Nexis Bridger System, AML Insight, and any internal Intuit Operations Tool for case reviews
Responsible for Bridger configuration, optimization, maintenance, and providing oversight, support, and liaising with the Bridger Product Owner, internal teams, and Vendor partners related to maintenance, enhancements, and automation projects
Assist with new screening onboarding project intake, documentation, alert volume testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production configuration, post-implementation validation (PIV), and ongoing screening process monitoring
Track issues and enhancements for Bridger, World-Compliance, and AML Insight
Highlight and escalate risk/challenges observed in Bridger platform operations
Liaise with Sanctions Program Managers on screening settings review and optimization
Provide application support for internal Intuit audit activities
Lead on requirements gathering and documentation for Bridger Change Management Control requests and required approvals
Participate or lead projects and initiatives in scope for Compliance as owner, contributor, or stakeholder
