Job Title: Shipyard Laborer / Helper

Job Description

Assist in the installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of cable systems, ensuring all techniques, materials, and accomplishments align with technical standards, specifications, and engineering directives. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, prepare work sites, and manage cleanup operations. Support other trade workers by loading and unloading equipment, carrying materials, and performing tasks like removing paint and scale from metal surfaces. Additional responsibilities include conveying materials and tools to the site, loading vehicles, cleaning ships and work areas, and opening shipping crates.
