Description We are renowned leaders in the industry, committed to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly analytical individual with a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial operations. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversea a team of 5 employees. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily operations and strategic objectives of the Accounts Payable cycle. 2. Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of Accounts Payable professionals ensuring accuracy in their work. 3. Review and streamline AP processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintaining accurate records and control reports. 5. Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information. 6. Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies, complex queries and maintain good relationships with suppliers. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations. 4. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in financial software programs and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
