The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of similar Food and Beverage management experience
- Have a strong beverage background
- Previous union experience
What will I be doing?
The Beverage and Lounge General Manager at Hilton San Francisco Union Square directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
·Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation to including implementing effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
·Ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
·Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
·Participates in the creation and planning of menu designs to attract clientele.
·Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff and ensure compliance with all HHC policies and procedures.
·Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer feedback and trouble shoot areas that require service recovery if applicable.
Salary Range for the role is $100,000 - $110,000 dependent on experience
