Adecco US, Inc. Business Operations Manager in San Francisco, California

We are looking to hire a Business Operations Manager : (Specializing in - Operation system analyst Supply chain, Manufacturing operation focus)

Job Requirements:

  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes and identifies gaps and issues with new processes in ERP

  • Super User in systems and tools to ensure testing of system configurations are evaluated and actioned and issues are corrected

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.

  • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives

  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

  • Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

  • Measures performance against process requirements.

  • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

  • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ERP systems.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and trends.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Individual contributor Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)

  • 5+ years professional experience, applicable experience in ERP implementation, analytics, business operations, operations, finance, supply chain

  • BS or BA, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Finance. Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with complex ERP or other enterprise management systems required

  • High-performance Excel capabilities e.g. Pivot tables, chart creation, lookups, hands-on knowledge and experience with databases

  • Adept with data, analytical mindset, detail-focused analysis, and presentation skills

  • Possess the ability to make timely and well-informed decisions and design recommendations

  • Extensive understanding of functionalities required for Demand Management

Pay Details: $52.00 to $54.00 per hour
