Our client is a global independent investment management to join their newly established office, working alongside a dynamic and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams for top-notch client service.
Understand complex documentation related to account structures, trusts, LLCs, FLPs etc.
Ensure clear communication during client onboarding.
Manage fiduciary issues and coordinate with advisory teams.
Handle all aspects of client onboarding efficiently.
Establish rapport with clients and their advisors.
Collaborate to align client needs with processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required plus 10+ years of relevant financial services experience
Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred; or ability to obtain once onboarded
MUST have experience with Trusts and Fiduciary accounts
Able to build trust with clients and their advisors.
Must be able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Team players who are self-motivated and hardworking.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
