Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Finance Analyst II in San Francisco, California. The role involves managing various financial operations, including planning, forecasting, and financial analysis, within a global sales organization. The workplace is dynamic, and the industry is fast-paced, requiring a professional who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete process of Operating Expenses & Headcount planning and forecasting for the broader organization

• Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for the organization, ensuring consistent engagement and coverage for executive level leaders and their key direct reports.

• Collaborate with the manager, finance, across various levels of business partnership.

• Drive innovation and process improvements to support the growing business, including the review, assessment, and modification of existing processes.

• Facilitated monthly OPEX & HC reviews with high-level stakeholders and conducted budgetary reviews with heads of departments.

• Develop and implement the annual finance strategy for OPEX + HC planning.

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coordinate with direct reports.

• Utilize financial analysis skills to provide insights and make recommendations.

• Leverage financial modeling principles to support business decisions.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial planning and forecasting.

Requirements • Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience in project management and process improvement

• Knowledge of revenue accounting and financial planning

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Experience in consulting and providing insights

• Proficiency in strategic planning, budget management and forecasting

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders

• Familiarity with workstation support

• Aptitude for innovation and streamlining processes

• Understanding of financial principles

• Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
