Join Our Team as a Front of House Attendant!
Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service and creating memorable experiences? As a Front of House Attendant in our upscale lounge, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment, managing the buffet and open bar, and ensuring our guests enjoy seamless food and beverage service. This position is perfect for someone with a customer-focused attitude, physical endurance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with a smile, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Maintain and monitor the buffet and open bar, keeping everything stocked, fresh, and beautifully presented.
Serve beer and wine directly to guests, adhering to all serving regulations.
Keep the lounge spotless by clearing tables and maintaining a tidy environment.
Carry heavy trays, including ceramic trays with small portioned dishes, between the buffet and bar areas.
Stay active by consistently walking and standing throughout your shift, covering various sections of the lounge.
Ensure timely refills of food and drinks, responding promptly to guest requests.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the buffet and bar area before and after service hours.
Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Location: Members-only lounge at San Francisco International Airport
Pay: $22/hr.
Shifts: Various shifts are available.
2:30 AM – 11:00 AM; Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Thursday – Monday
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM; Monday – Friday
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality.
Customer-focused attitude.
Physical endurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
