We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed Group Product Marketing Manager to lead a team of product marketers to build the future of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. As a full-stack product marketing leader, you’ll work across the product lifecycle, playing a pivotal role shaping product strategy and business direction through customer research, sales activation, and go-to-market efforts. This is an ideal role for someone who is a strong business and people leader, is creative and insights-driven, and has a track record of driving impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture a team of high-performing product marketers.

  • Collaborate with Sales Navigator leaders across product, marketing, field sales, and business operations to craft our vision for helping sellers and sales organizations put buyers first and grow their businesses.

  • Drive product strategy, influence the product roadmap, and determine product/market fit through qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Shape how we go to market for key audiences and communicate our value proposition in a simple, compelling, and differentiated way, both internally and externally.

  • Bring products to market through LinkedIn’s field sales team and marketing

  • Represent LinkedIn as a product subject matter expert in key sales and customer meetings to drive commercial conversations forward

The ideal candidate should be:

  • A storyteller: the best product marketers are effective storytellers - you deeply understand users and customers, know how to communicate with them, and tailor messages to different audiences

  • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: You’re able to drive projects from ideas through execution, build strong internal relationships, and build consensus and alignment on critical initiatives.

  • A strong business leader: You’re a systems thinker who understands how organizations operate and rely on strong business acumen to quickly break down key business issues to inform insights and recommendations; you feel comfortable showing up well with both internal executives and customers

  • Organized: You showcase the ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact.

  • Passionate and curious about technology: We work on the cutting edge of AI, and you don’t hesitate to dive into technical concepts in order to simplify and effectively communicate them

  • An empathetic manager and partner: You care deeply about the needs of your team and cross-functional partners, relying on strong interpersonal and communications skills to guide teams towards success

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including product marketing, product management, marketing, sales engineering, market research, user research, operational roles, or strategy consulting .

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing individual contributors.

  • At least 4 years experience of B2B SaaS experience with a focus on product marketing activities. Management consulting or similar experience is a plus.

  • MBA or other relevant professional courses/certifications

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $138,000 to $215,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
