Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. KPMG is currently seeking a Manager/Director in Investigations, Disputes, & Compliance for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead third party reviews for Life Science clients; third parties include PBMs, Wholesalers, Hubs, Specialty Pharmacies, and Copay Vendors

  • Manage interactions with clients and third parties including status updates, onsite visits and report readouts

  • Administrative oversight including job setup, facilitation of NDA negotiations, billing, budget management and work papers

  • Maintain daily contact with client and members of the engagement team to obtain information, resolve issues, effectively manage timelines and deliverables to meet client deadlines

  • Manage one or more client engagements or components of engagements, while providing technical knowledge, direction and training to staff

  • Support and supplement ongoing business development activities (proposals, conferences and thought leadership)

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build long-term business relationships with new target clients and key executives

  • Participate in development of thought leadership, marketing and branding collateral

  • Assist with project planning, development of deliverables and other technical writing exercises

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Life Sciences is preferred including experience and working knowledge of reimbursement, distribution, patient access activities and functions; data analysis and project/people management skills is preferred

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues; Possess the desire to understand, anticipate and meet the needs of internal/external customers

  • Demonstrates the ability to take ownership and initiative; a self-starter who values achievement and accomplishments; Adjusts well to fast-paced environments and/or heavy workloads; stays calm under pressure

  • Ability to travel as per need of client
