Meta Manager, Product Data Operations in San Francisco, California
Summary:
Meta is looking for an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO XR Tech team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers to supply product teams critical data and data labeling for Meta's next generation of virtual, augmented, and mixed reality devices and experiences. You will work closely with Meta product and engineering teams to deliver on Meta's product roadmap. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial leader to help innovate and execute in this dynamic space.
Required Skills:
Manager, Product Data Operations Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver data and labels to product and engineering teams in the Reality Labs XR Tech space
Build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations Partnerships, Legal, and Privacy, among other teams
Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas for the XR Tech team
Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years in consulting, operations, or project management
Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with urgency
Executive presence and effective communications skills
Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
A proven team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Public Compensation:
$138,000/year to $194,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
