Robert Half Payroll Administrator in San Francisco, California
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator based in San Francisco, California. This role falls within the industry of finance and requires the candidate to work remotely. As a Payroll Administrator, your key function will be to manage and process payroll data, maintain accurate records and respond to related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle wage garnishments into ADP.
• Responsible for the accurate processing of wage per hour reports in ADP Workforce Now.
• Oversee medical benefits government paperwork.
• Manage and update benefits for the City and County of San Francisco.
• Collate and submit reports to the Federal Bureau using ADP.
• Use Excel Formulas to manipulate and analyze data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.
• Ensure the accurate processing of customer credit applications.
• Handle inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
Please note that this role requires proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel Formulas. Requirements • Possess proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Have a strong understanding of Excel Formulas
• Display a comprehensive knowledge of wage calculations and distributions
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Excellent problem-solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
• Ability to prepare and process payroll
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
