Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Located in San Francisco, California, this role will involve leveraging your skills in Salesforce Administration, Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, and more to drive operational efficiency and improve our customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Salesforce/NPSP (5+ years experience) and Pardot to manage fundraising systems and their integrations

• Facilitate app/mobile app building and deployment, ensuring seamless user experience

• Leverage your WordPress knowledge to manage and update our digital platforms

• Ensure data integrity through meticulous data management and preservation practices

• Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and expectations

• Make informed decisions using regression testing, always prioritizing data integrity

• Synthesize and communicate complex information to non-technical staff, promoting shared understanding

• Stay connected to the mission of our work, contributing to a multicultural environment

• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to meet operational requirements

• Uphold a strong commitment to diversity, working effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry

• Proficient in client-side scripting and cloud technologies

• Extensive experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and technologies

• Experience in AB Testing and API Development

• Understanding of business process functions and ability to document business requirements

• Proven experience with configuration management

• Ability to administer Salesforce and manage donor databases

• Experience with Pardot, Salesforce Pardot, and WordPress technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be a plus
