Google Senior Social Marketing Manager, Brand Campaigns, Brand Studio in San Francisco, California

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in marketing.

  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience leveraging social insights and consumer behavior to drive social participation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, and/or partner marketing or research.

  • Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.

  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical experience.

  • Ability to leverage AI to accelerate insights, strategy and creative workflows.

  • Passion for social and influencer marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Own the development and execution of social and influencer strategies for Google’s tentpole brand campaigns. Build planned and reactive social editorial calendars for brand campaigns, leveraging paid media to amplify and reach diverse audiences.

  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-quality, social-first content by partnering with social channel owners, internal creative teams and agency partners to produce executions that align closely with channel strategy, ethos and goals.

  • Create a working model which brings social insights closely into the creative workflow utilizing real-time insights to elevate campaign deliverables.

  • Analyze campaign performance leveraging data-led insights to optimize at every stage of the campaign life-cycle and report on overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, legal, communications and agency partners to ensure social executions align to campaign objectives, strategy and narrative.
