If that sounds exciting, then we have the perfect job for you in Enterprise 360 (E360) . We are a service integrator that brings multiple technologies together to create seamless end-to-end communication experiences. We are building next-generation voice services that enable voice connectivity capabilities through world-class customer and support engineer experiences leveraging Microsoft Azure to build, deploy highly available services leveraging Azure Communications Services (ACS) and Azure Bot framework. In this role, you will partner with our engineering, customer experience, and delivery teams to develop complex solutions across multiple technology stacks, voice communications services, cloud providers, applications, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, implement, test and deploy highly resilient and scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate with, mentor and coach other software engineers in a diverse and inclusive environment.

  • Work with Program Managers to understand business requirements and translate them to technical designs for the team to work on.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years related technical experience.

  • 8+ years of professional software design, coding, testing, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with coding object-oriented programming languages and/or UI frameworks.

  • Experience with and conceptual understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including Application Insights, Azure Service Bus, logic apps, Azure Blob, Azure SQL, Azure search, and WebApps.

  • A technical background in software engineering principles and architecture design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with user experience web technologies such as React and/or Fluent UI.

  • Experience with UX designs

  • Experience with RDBMS systems – SQL Server; data modelling OLTP systems from scratch

  • Experience with realtime communications platforms (Azure Communications Services, Twillio, or others) as well as general telecommunications experience (SIP).

Describe the ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and documenting complex portfolios that include development best practices, and experience in designing & tuning telemetry. In addition, this position requires an individual who can demonstrate the ability to ensure highly resilient and scalable service designs through partnership with other members of the engineering team.
