Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr Data Entry Specialist in the bustling city of San Francisco, California. The primary function of this role is to manage and maintain data in various database systems within our industry. You will be working in a dynamic workplace environment, where your skills in Data Entry, Database Management, e-Filing, and Microsoft Office Suites will be put to good use.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret, compile, sort, and verify data before entering it into the system.

• Efficiently process and maintain customer credit applications.

• Manage both digital and physical filing systems for various documents such as applications and rebates, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible.

• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for data-related issues, recommending solutions to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhere to our company's privacy and security protocols to safeguard confidential customer information. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

• Proficient in Rebate calculation and management.

• Demonstrated ability in Data Entry with a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

• Experience in Database Management, including data cleanup and error correction.

• Proficiency in e-Filing systems, ensuring proper electronic storage and organization of data.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Access.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
