Danaher Corporation Sr. Manager, Regional Marketing Life Sciences Genomics in San Francisco, California

The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing , is a key position on the Marketing Leadership Team at IDT. She/He will be working closely with the VP of Marketing and sales leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive Regional Marketing plan incorporating regional strategy necessary to support global marketing and sales initiatives .This position is part of the Marketing Organization located in the US and will be fully remote. This is a highly cross functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong program management, and ability to lead a team. This leader will work closely with sales, global product marketing, the business units, and internal brand and marketing communications team.In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Essential Functions:

  • Lead a team of regional marketing managers. Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Regional Marketing plan incorporating regional strategy necessary to support global marketing initiatives with NA, EMEA and APAC

  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs and tactics in support of Lead Generation (e.g., seminars, webinars, local trade shows) as well as direct ecommerce revenue

  • Plan, organize, and execute regional marketing and sales programs surrounding relevant regional product launches and strategic efforts

  • Build and maintain ongoing communications with Regional Commercial Leadership, Marketing leadership and Global teams

  • Work with relevant Product Marketing colleagues to forecast and measure the ROI for marketing campaigns and events

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, or related discipline required. MBA preferred

  • Minimum of seven years of professional experience with minimum of 5 years in marketing or related experience and 2 years of people leadership experience

  • Experience managing marketing projects such as content development, campaigns or events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process; prior field sales experience preferred

  • Life sciences and genomics experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working in a global matrixed environment

It would be a plus if you had:

  • Proven project management skills required along with the ability to directly or indirectly lead teams and prioritize heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong and versatile communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to create compelling messages and with critical attention to details

  • Located West Coast, U.S

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - 165,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
