Overview:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Solutions Director to join our HR Services team. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships across various industries in the San Francisco Bay Area, promoting interim HR Solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Human Resources and a strong motivation to establish strong connections with clients to understand their immediate needs. The Client Solutions Director will be responsible for overseeing and guiding consultants during their assignments to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Business Development, Client and Consultant Management:

• Promote HR interim solutions to clients through phone calls, virtual meetings and in-person client visits to advocate for our services among both potential and existing clients, aiming to boost the utilization of our HR solutions while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

• Utilize Sales Navigator as a resource to capture communications and identify potential leads effectively.

• Identify and discuss future project initiatives with clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and matching consultants' expertise with project needs.

• Introduce HR consultants to clients, facilitating a seamless match between skill sets and engagement requirements.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the agency's services and build brand awareness.

• Oversee the end-to-end placement process for client engagements, develop a comprehensive engagement timeline outlining key milestones and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Talent Directors to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

• Ensure timely and delivery of candidates to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.

• Conduct reference checks on candidates to strengthen the integrity of our vetting process.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and have a deep understanding of their HR needs.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess ongoing needs and gather feedback.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of consultants, providing guidance on client management strategies, recruitment techniques, and best practices.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure consultant success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, ideally in roles such as HR Manager or Human Resources Business Partner, provides the necessary background for success.

• Key Skills: Successful candidates will possess a blend of essential skills including business development acumen, recruiting expertise, HR knowledge, negotiation, effective communication abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to articulate and discuss HR project requirements with senior-level executives is crucial, demonstrating both your expertise and your capacity to navigate complex organizational landscapes.

Salary: The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
