Web Publisher
Lionbridge is looking for a Web Publisher to manage our CMS and content for different web sites. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing web pages while working with global teams. If you have strong content skills, CMS knowledge, a command of copyediting and a love of working with global teams, this will be a great fit.
What You Will Do
Create, develop, and manage best in class web content utilizing a web content management system.
Coordinate web projects for a large .com site and other microsites while maintaining a consistent tone and branding throughout all web properties.
Manage our company CMS, work with developers and editors to ensure it meets the needs of our organization
Work with global teams to build and maintain a master content calendar for corporate website updates.
Be responsible for copyediting and proofreading all web content.
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Web Development teams to schedule web content updates
Produce maps and visualizations of the site to help staff understand the structure and function of the website
Track and report on all relevant site metrics. Creating reports, managing event and conversion tracking and trend analysis of KPI's.
To Be Successful You Will Have
1 Year of experience managing content and production for websites
A working knowledge of website content management tools, preferably SDL Tridion, or another component-based platform
A working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
A Familiarity with search engine optimization techniques and best practice
A proactive and solutions oriented, willing to take ownership of projects and seem them through to completion
Knowledge of scripting (Javascript, Python etc.) also an advantage.
