We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Data & Analytics team.

We are searching for self-motivated candidates, with knowledge about data transformations and sophisticated analytics, that would be able to handle and support work of data engineering team.

In this role you have the capability to translate requirements into solutions. You will be responsible for building systems and solutions leveraging various Azure components & tools. This is your chance to work on interesting, global projects.

Have a possibility to work with multinational teams within and outside of P&G

• In this role you will have a chance to translate requirements into solution

• Technical Design & Development; Architecture Compliance; Vendor Management

• Managerial role with a close focus on engineering aspects (incl. CICD, DevOps, agile, etc.)

• Responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled

• Estimating work (time/cost) needed to develop certain feature /solution

• Organizing work of developers/engineers in both Agile and Waterfall manner

• Creating development plans and commitments

• Developing technical design / high level architecture of the solution

• Governing and leading all aspects of compliance of development and architecture against standards

• Helping to tackle any engineering issue that comes up in a project

• Contributing to reports on the progress of any effort

Job Qualifications

• You should be a hardworking leader and technologist who has graduated with a BS or MS in Business/Management Information Systems and/or Computer Science/Engineering, Programming/Software Development or Operations Research or Statistics, or with proven track of record from programming areas.

• Understanding of the following concepts: Cloud, CICD, DevOps, Agile, software engineering process
