Description:

 Compares and reconciles physical inventory counts to those maintained in the inventory system every period.

 Reconciles physical and financial inventories. Must be able to monitor inventory performance and identify variances.

 Counts Finished Goods / Packaging or Ingredients once a month.

 Responsible for finished goods inventory each period, minimizing and tracking breakage to keep inventory variance below targets.

 Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure accurate inventory accountability.

 Finalize all required cycle count documentation with appropriate signatures.

 Review/Reconcile/Process Retail claims – bill as needed.

 Assist with product shipment billings in M3 for warehouse.

 Compile Weekly Plant Shipment Delivery Log.

 Ensure all sales orders are completed in M3. Work with the buyer on all inventory discrepancies.

 Process Inventory adjustments.

 Ensure inventory process is complete for each monthly cycle count / period close.

 Assist with handling inquiries from customers/carriers/Corp Traffic.

 Assist with general office duties.

 Must be able to work weekend during period close week or as needed.

 Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

 Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in data entry and data analysis.

 Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in counting with multiple layers and varying cases per layer.

 Proven problem-solving abilities, math, and analytical skills. 10- key calculator skills

 Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

 Must be well organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct

Supervision

Strong communication skills with customer service focus.

 Have strong verbal and written skills

 Exceptional phone and email etiquette

 Must have experience with Cycle counting/inventory

 Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk to various locations in the warehouse facility, move rapidly, end, stoop, and twist and turn frequently. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are necessary

 Some lifting of product cases required

 Varying temperatures in the warehouse may vary.
