Are you a detail and results oriented leader with a knack for optimizing operational processes? We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our cold storage warehouse team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for ensuring efficiency and quality, this role is for you.
salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate warehouse staff; schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities; optimize transportation routes and manage relationships with carriers.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements; implement best practices and streamline operational workflows.
Ensure products are stored and handled correctly; address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational activities; generate reports for management review.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
standing for 6 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
