Description
Our client's healthcare organization is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and services. We're seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our valued employees. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
· Process bi-weekly payroll for numerous employees
· Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, benefits, and deductions
· Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, and other deductions
· Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
· Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance
· Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws
Requirements
· 2+ years of payroll experience
· Certification in payroll (CPP or FPC) preferred
· Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
· Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP)
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
