Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
Knowledge of standard safety skills practices related to various general labor work assignments and motorized equipment that requires operation.
Ability to communicate verbally and receive instructions that may require duties to be completed individually or as part of a team.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs alone.
Ability to perform strenuous physical duties outdoors in various weather conditions, including walking long distances
Preferred Qualifications

Job Description
Responsible for providing attractive, safe, and well maintained grounds.
Job Duties
Police litter
Maintain trash barrels.
Prepare, install, and maintain landscape beds on campus.
Weed landscape beds.
Maintain shrub and ground cover beds.
Mow, trim, and edge turf areas.
Rake, blow, and sweep grass clippings.
Clear pedestrian walkways of leaves, litter, debris, blow, clean chalk graffiti.
Special Event preparations.
Assist tree crew as needed.
Pick up landscaping material orders from off campus vendors.
Remove safety and pedestrian hazards after extreme weather events.
Operate, maintain, and PM both manual and power equipment.
Use a computer and work phone to monitor and address AIM work orders and SAP entries.
Report problems and safety issues to Supervisor.
Attend regular training.
Other duties as assigned.
