Our client in the greater San Macros area is seeking a Website Administrator to maintain their website, support their brick and mortar locations, and be a liaison between IT and Marketing. Prepare and manage new and existing content layouts for website as requested and according to content schedule accurately utilizing CMS, including but not limited to: blog pages, sales ads, corporate pages, the home page, store locators. Retire, update, or redirect pages as needed.
Maintain and utilize Google Analytics (GA) tag manager to track campaigns, links, clicks, and other data as needed
Use GA and/or other analytics tools to identify search issues; use SMUI and/or other tools to manually improve individual search queries, collaborate with IS on identifying and testing global algorithmic changes; liaise with purchasing groups on appropriate search results as needed
Utilize additional plug-ins and other tools to monitor scroll depth and other page analytics
Track and report on-site KPIs as needed
Conceptualize and recommend website enhancements
Code/program site enhancements as directed, liaising with IS as needed
Collaborate with external sources/agencies on functionality and user-experience enhancements to the website
Respond to customer's requests for online services signup, including researching and troubleshooting any problems dealing with online services sign-in or navigation as backup to online services administrator
Assist customers and IS with online payment processing, researching and troubleshooting any issues; manage and document resolution of issues
Use proprietary catalog management application (CatMan) to maintain store locations and support external users in managing their online accounts; manage transactional emails generated by CatMan
Request product updates from the catalog management team as needed
Monitor SEMrush site audit and implement recommended changes to improve ranking including fixing broken links and redirects
Maintain ADA compliance for website
Create monthly Lumber Market Report with assistance from merchandising services and external online resources; distribute via email to external and internal audience
Follow Standard Operating Procedures when carrying out position responsibilities
Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company-sponsored programs as required
Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills are necessary for managing multiple marketing projects and tasks at one time.

Knowledge of CSS including CSS frameworks (Bootstrap 4.5+)
Utilizing Microsoft Word & Excel at an intermediate level.
