Uassist.ME Customer Service Expert - Holiday Season Position in San Salvador, El Salvador

As a Holiday Season Customer Service Expert, you will be the frontline ambassador for our retail client, providing exceptional support primarily through phone interactions in a dynamic call center environment. This role includes live chat, email correspondence, and inbound phone support, ensuring customers receive prompt and effective assistance.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma.

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or BPO.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English at an advanced level.

  • Technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.

  • Ability to represent the company culture of Love, Respect, and Integrity.

Compensation: $700 per month

Note: This is an on-site position at Paseo General Escalon #5550, Edificio Colabora, San Salvador.
