Uassist.ME Customer Service Expert - Holiday Season Position in San Salvador, El Salvador
As a Holiday Season Customer Service Expert, you will be the frontline ambassador for our retail client, providing exceptional support primarily through phone interactions in a dynamic call center environment. This role includes live chat, email correspondence, and inbound phone support, ensuring customers receive prompt and effective assistance.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
At least 1 year of experience in retail or BPO.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English at an advanced level.
Technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.
Ability to represent the company culture of Love, Respect, and Integrity.
Compensation: $700 per month
Note: This is an on-site position at Paseo General Escalon #5550, Edificio Colabora, San Salvador.
