TEKsystems Project Coordinator in Sandy Springs, Georgia
Description:
The field (stores) will email insurance certificates into a shared email. The person would go into the email using the template the team built out, and then assign cases and tasks out to different team members. May need to work some of them, not technical. Anything that is assigned to themselves, there will be instructions of how to handle. You can email 3rd parties from the tool, etc. Everything is within this Salesforce tool functionality. 90% of time spent in Salesforce.

Process oriented (going to be spelled out from person) essentially reading any emails, out of the 20 things coming in, which is which, identify right one, and follow the process.
