ManpowerGroup Assembler 1 Day Shift in Sandy, Utah

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking an Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 1

Location: Sandy, Utah

Pay Range: $17/hr

What’s the Job?

  1. Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.

  2. Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment.

  3. Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

  4. Open and remove assemblies from their original package utilizing a manual machine (special project for approx. 4 months).

  5. Adhere to clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines.

What’s Needed?

  1. High school diploma is preferred but not required.

  2. One (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.

  3. Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.

  4. Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.

  5. Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
