Looking for the brightest! We're on the hunt for a Graphic Design Intern to join Layton's in-house marketing dream team! This paid internship is your chance to dive into exciting projects, help us win new business, and provide top-notch marketing services to different departments within our organization.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Sandy, UT! Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but we're happy to adjust around your school schedule. You'll work between 20-40 hours per week, depending on what works best for you. This position starts immediately and runs for 90 days, with the possibility to stick around longer if we're a great fit. Come join us and let's make some creative magic together!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Make it pop. Team up with our stakeholders to create captivating visuals for digital and print like infographics, presentations, layouts, and illustrations that clearly communicate our message and enhance readability.

Make the logo bigger. Refine your designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders. Collaborative input ensures the best outcomes, as the first idea is rarely the best.

Be our brand's biggest fan. Champion our brand by ensuring it looks sharp and consistent across all visuals.

Create campaigns for internal events. Develop campaigns for internal events that adhere to brand standards with a creative theme to create engaging and memorable celebrations.

Channel your inner Ai robot. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest design trends and tools. Keep us on the cutting edge.

Spring clean on the daily. Be the organized superhero by following proper naming conventions and file formats so we can streamline our workflows and not play 'where's waldo' every day.

WHO YOU ARE:

No stranger to the Adobe Creative Cloud. Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with AfterEffects is a plus.

Enjoy pushing pixels in PowerPoint, too. Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs for presentations and everyday tasks.

You're a storyteller and enjoy good copy. You not only have a passion for design but creating designs that tell a story.

You're a wizard at time management. You excel in multitasking while communicating and collaborating, thriving in team environments.

Grids and good hierarchy bring you joy. You excel in time management and multitasking, effortlessly communicating and collaborating in team environments.
