Description A growing healthcare organization in the Santa Ana is looking for a Referral Coordinator to join their family-like team. The Referral Coordinator will train and work alongside the Office Manager who has been with the company for years & is looking to train an additional Coordinator. As the Referral Coordinator, you will be assisting in an office environment to take incoming calls from patients as well as coordinate referrals on behalf of the clinic to enter patient's information in their software, check insurance and make sure patients are authorized before visit, as well as scheduling appointments. This is a great way for you to continue to grow your career in the healthcare/medical industry since this is a contract to full-time opportunity!
