Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Portfolio Accounting Analyst role in Santa Ana, CA!Temp to hire$32/hr
Provide technical assistance and support to client teams.
Responsibilities include cash management, preparation of tickets, and timely investment of funds, daily account reconciliation and portfolio database maintenance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Accurately setup asset profiles in trust accounting/reporting system
Maintain and update trust reporting database, reconcile to other DB applications
Daily cash receipting, wiring and investing of funds
Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity
Communicate with Operations Group to manage bond and loan settlements
Review and reconciliation of overdrawn accounts
Respond to bondholder inquiries
Data Entry
Your Skills and Experience:
Understanding of general accounting and financial
reporting principles.
General understanding of structured credit products.
Competent in all MS Office products.
Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with
complex formulas and modelling techniques.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
BA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
Fluent in English
Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
