In this unique global role, you will be part of our cross-functional team in which you will be responsible for oversight and management of operational intelligence, insights & analytics function supporting our global money transfer operations for digital payment infrastructure, digital bank operations, digital & retail debt collections, among others. The position will provide key data insights to our global operations functions on big data analysis, operational performance & reporting which are critical for business decision making and global optimization initiatives. The position will work closely with cross-functional global and regional teams in dynamic working environments, aiming to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers, agents and business partners.

Role Responsibilities

  • Leading our operational intelligence, analytics & reporting function supporting various global operations functions.

  • Supports operational readiness for digital payments operations, digital banking, digital & retail debt collections, among others.

  • Ensure timely, accurate & complete reporting of operations performance, Leads Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining existing & new operational processes within scope of responsibility.

  • Drives Continuous Improvement, Automation, Automation, process Optimization initiatives.

  • Attract, develop and retain key talent to our global operations.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of financial industry experience, including any of the following: e-commerce, Payment Gateways, Acquirers, Processors and/or Associations.

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Bachelors in technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Finance fields, MBA is preferred.

  • Proven experience in successfully leading and managing high performing teams.

  • Proficient in the use of statistical and data Analysis tools like: Microsoft products (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI), JIRA, Scrum, Phyton, R-Studio, Power Automate, Pointillist, Snowflake, Big Data, Machine Learning.

  • Process Automation/Blue Prism and Agile experience is highly desired.

  • Desired with some previous experience on VISA/Master Card dispute resolution process.

  • Lean, Green Belt highly desired.
