Digital Transformation Agent is a key profession in the modernization and digitalization of business processes.
What will you do?
Analyze current company processes to identify areas for improvement through digitalization.
Identify, implement and oversee the adoption of digital tools that optimize the organization's efficiency and productivity.
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring adequate training and for employees.
Propose and implement innovative solutions that keep the company competitive in the market.
Work closely with different departments to ensure the alignment of digital objectives with company goals.
Monitor the performance of digital initiatives, making adjustments when necessary to achieve established objectives.
Lead digital transformation projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in the business field (AI, big data, cloud computing, etc.).
Experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a digital environment.
Ability to clearly communicate the benefits and challenges of digital transformation at different levels of the organization.
Ability to lead teams and manage resistance to change within the organization.
Competence in data analytics and the ability to solve complex problems through digital solutions.
What will you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
6 months of experience in similar roles (implementing digital initiatives)
English Advanced
