Description We are in the process of recruiting for the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk within the high tech engineering industry. Located in Santa Clara, California, this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, operating within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for accounts payable duties and will be trained accordingly.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to flexible work routines and schedules
• Develop relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Showcase strong problem-solving abilities in a dynamic work environment
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

• Utilize Accounts Payable (AP) skills effectively in daily tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Familiarity with hi-tech engineering industry is preferred
• Ability to work with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
• Ability to handle high volume of invoices and manage vendor relationships.
