Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Product Manager/Architect with a demonstrated background in both Data Architecture and Data Product Management. You will be a member of the core CDSA (Corporate Data Science and Analytics) team responsible for building data-driven solutions to support our Corporate Strategy and Development (CSD) organization. This is a highly cross-functional role involving various partners across the organization. As a Data Product Manager and Architect, you will develop the strategy and roadmap to deliver best-in-class data products to internal stakeholders while ensuring a robust and scalable data architecture.
Job Responsibilities
Independently lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap.
Gain a deep understanding of end-user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideasto improve customer experience.
Translate user requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Manage a Globally-distributedTeam of developers
Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Assist in providing R&D with Voice of Customer (VOC) input and alpha/beta testing results for product development strategies.
Working with business and product leads to identifydata requirements.
Become a subject matter expert of our key data entities, relations, and sources.
Design a data architecture that can handle high-volume data streaming with low latency, including ingestion methods, structure, association, etc.
Analyze current data designs and suggest improvements.
Lead and align with different software groups to implement processes and solutions to meet the designed architecture.
Drive implementation of quality monitoring solutions to maintain high data integrity.
Work tightly with development teams to build, implement, and maintain data per requirements.
Engage in related communities to stay abreast of new tools and development solutions, best practices, and standards.
Collaborate with various partners across the organization to understand challenges and data requirements, translating them into analytics and data solutions.
Design data models required to support these solutions.
Focus Areas
Develop data products related to campus planning, space management, workspace management, facilities, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) subjects.
Create a scalable data infrastructure that connects data from different sources.
Build data sets that enable advanced analytics and potential AI solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing and implementing data science solutions
5+ years of experience working as a product manager, application development manager, or program manager for data-driven software solutions.
5+ years of experience in data architecture, data structuring, data warehouse, and database design.
Experience with Tableau, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
Experience in architecting batch and stream-based data pipelines.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL storage systems.
Proven track record of distilling clear requirements from problem statements of varying ambiguity.
Experience managing challenges that arise in product development and commercialization, timelines, technical risks, and market dynamics.
Must have a professional manner and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering).

U.S. Salary Range:
$176,000.00 - $242,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
