Summary of Role:

In the role of Business Process Manager, you will contextualize and interpret strategy for operational needs, develop specific processes to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and develop streamline and scalable system architecture. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our CRM and PowerBI platforms, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. This individual will drive all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the CRM platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. They should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a CRM/PowerBI project. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Data management to improve CRM data quality

  • CRM configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports

  • Develop PowerBI into a reporting engine to drive business decisions and provide leading indicators.

  • Data management to improve CRM data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

  • Serving as business owner of the CRM tool, driving efficiencies to better serve the sales process

  • Drive the systems to be the “Single Source of Truth” partnering with sales to develop activity reports, product adoption, and territory and segment analysis.

  • Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers to define the digital client experience

  • During data migration projects, define data relevancy rules of the domain

  • Partner with IT to support the development of the data lake and PowerBI into a reporting engine to drive business decisions by providing clean and easy to use data sources

Other Responsibilities:

  • Define key metrics and reporting measurements of data quality, providing actions to address areas of improvement

  • Technical documentation and basic systems training

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Business, Operations, or Computer Science

  • 7+ years of Functional/Business experience in the following tools

  • Master data management tool/system (SAP S4)

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365)

  • Data visualization tools (PowerBI)

  • ERP (Oracle and SAP)

  • Forecasting tools (Kinaxis and SAP IBP)

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of CRM systems & in-depth knowledge of CRM products and their functionalities

  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database query experience (e.g. SQL), statistical and quantitative modeling

  • Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Experience with Program/Project Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of data issues and how to fix them

  • Capable of back-end and data processing work necessary to power UIs.

  • CRM certified administrator or CRM advanced administrator certification (Salesforce or Dynamics365)

  • Ability to provide CRM training and end-user support

  • Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)

  • Experience with CRM system migrations including legacy data mapping and migration

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foundries experience

  • Field experience interfacing with customers and partners in the Semiconductor industry.

  • Ability to work for any US employer

  • Active in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce community

Expected Salary Range

$95,200.00 - $202,800.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
