Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry, located in Santa Clara, California. The primary functions of this role include developing financial models, preparing financial reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing financial insights to support business strategies. This position will also involve assisting in cash flow management to support business expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Develop complex financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and forecast future financial scenarios
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports, including budget vs. actual analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Provide strategic financial insights to support product development and pricing strategies
• Assist in cash flow management and funding strategies to support business expansion
• Utilize data mining techniques to support the financial planning and analysis process for new projects and initiatives
• Leverage accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and streamline accounting functions
• Utilize knowledge of the semiconductor industry and manufacturing cost accounting in all financial analysis
• Collaborate with teams to use CRM and Crystal Reports for efficient reporting and data management
Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the Semi-Conductors or Electric Component Manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Must have prior experience with ADP - Financial Services.
• CRM skills are necessary for managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports is required for generating and managing reports.
• Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques to extract and analyze data.
• Must be knowledgeable in all Accounting Functions to manage financial records.
• Experience with Accrual Accounting is necessary.
• Must be skilled in conducting Auditing to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Must have experience with Budget Processes for planning and monitoring corporate finances.
• Knowledge of Capital Management for the effective control of financial resources.
• Must have a deep understanding of the Semiconductor Industry.
• Experience with Manufacturing Cost Accounting is required to manage and analyze production costs.
