ManpowerGroup EHS Manager in Santa Clarita, California
We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our team. As an EHS Manager, you will be part of the health and safety team supporting operations, maintenance, and production. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background, knowledge of NFPA standards, and be OSHA certified which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 110,000+
What’s the Job?
Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Create work instructions for each of the positions. Develop safe operating procedures which identify and take account all relevant hazards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify potential environmental and safety hazards.
Coordinate and lead emergency response drills and real-life situations, ensuring all staff are trained in safety procedures and crisis management.
Manage and oversee all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, including scheduling regular inspections, servicing, and repairs to minimize downtime.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environmental practices, facility management, and equipment performance.
Prepare and manage the EHS budget, including maintenance costs, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS role within the manufacturing industry, with proven facility and equipment maintenance responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to train and motivate staff in EHS practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
