Job Summary This position is a full-time 

Office Manager…. …This is a 12-month contract position. under the supervision of the school principal, works to support of the school office. The office manager manages financial transactions, accounts payable, enrollment, lottery, master calendar, and attendance. The office manager organizes, directs, and performs various administrative duties and works on miscellaneous activities and other projects as assigned. 

Requirements and Qualifications

As a public school employee, must be able to comply with federal background check requirements This position primarily serves during normal business hours with occasional evening/weekend events.

  • Responsibilities and Duties Perform receptionist duties, give information to parents, and the general public regarding school matters. 

  • Assist in preparing master and student schedules. Organize and schedule registration for incoming students.

  • Organize and handle the ATC Lottery. 

  • Handles school related money, prepares deposits, and makes daily deposits. 

  • Process accounts payable and receivables twice monthly or as needed.

  • Works with Santa Fe Public Schools student information.

  •  Initiates and receives telephone calls. 

  • May assist in scheduling the use of facilities.

  •  May dispense medication to students.

  •  Operates and maintains a variety of office machines. 

  • Compiles and mails Governing Council agendas and meeting notices. 

  • Take Governing Council minutes. 

  • Monitor ATC’s budget and expenditures. 

  • Maintains record of personnel absences and helps schedule substitutes. 

  • Works with business manager to ensure students do not go under 405 for budgeting purposes.

    Skills and Abilities 

  • Utilize a computer for a wide variety of applications including word, excel, google suite, etc. Records management and filing system.

  •  Receptionist and telephone techniques. 

  • Ability to learn and apply rules, regulations and policies. 

  • Ability to communicate with staff, parents and others in an open, friendly business like manner. Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work in a demanding work environment. 

  • Rapidly learn procedures and software. 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
