Role Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Oracle, you will identify and pass on to Sales, qualified Opportunities for Oracle’s NetSuite for Government ERP solution within the Local Government Business Unit (LGGIU). This is an opportunity to work with Tier 2 & 3 city and county government agencies to improve their operations and citizen experiences, with a tailor-made Oracle solution.

Generate High-Impact Leads: Connect with prospective clients to generate leads that convert into meaningful revenue opportunities.
Expand Market Presence: Drive growth by acquiring new clients and increasing market share.
Collaborate Globally: Work as a team player, sharing best practices and collaborating with colleagues across the globe.
Research and Intelligence: Conduct thorough research to understand your accounts and industry, providing valuable insights and opportunities.
Engage and Qualify: Identify and address prospective customer needs by understanding their business challenges and engaging with key decision-makers.
Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop a deep understanding of the One Oracle stack and GIU solutions to provide expert guidance to prospects.
Strategize and Execute: Partner with sales and marketing teams to implement effective outbound campaigns and align with industry go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales, business development, or industry-specific roles.
Experience: At least 2 years in a sales or business development role, with or without software and technology experience. Industry domain experience is a plus.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $22.26 to $34.86 per hour; from $46,300 to $72,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
