Our client, a successful distributor in Santa Fe Springs is currently looking for a Collections Specialist.

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing a large volume portfolio of active accounts, performing collection calls, reconciling customer accounts and processing deductions and solving discrepancies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior high volume Business to Business collections experience

• Commercial collections experience needed, Consumer collections experience won't be considered

• Ability to survey and make decisions regarding customer accounts

• Strong communication skills
