Amazon Senior Product Manager, Rewarded Ads in Santa Monica, California

The Rewarded Ads team is building innovative new ad experiences that offer customers rewards when they perform an action like buying a brand's products, watching a video on Fire TV, or engaging with a stream on Twitch. These experiences delight customers and deliver results for advertisers. We're looking for a senior product manager with ad tech experience to scale Rewarded Ads to tens of thousands of advertisers and millions of customers around the world.

Key job responsibilities

  • Working backwards from our advertisers, define a vision and roadmap

  • Evangelize the vision with partner teams and leadership

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, design, marketing, UX research, and others to ideate, design, develop and deliver great advertiser experiences

  • Inspire the team to continually invent and simplify solutions to complex problems

  • Vigorously and consistently refine product definitions to deliver faster, without sacrificing the advertiser experience

  • Coordinate with partner teams to ensure we deliver seamless experiences across multiple advertiser touch points

  • Write working backwards documents; define user stories and product requirements

  • Define success metrics for features, track performance, and deliver results

  • Collaborate with finance and marketing to develop business forecasts

About the team

The Rewarded Ads team is primarily located in Los Angeles and San Diego. We are an entrepreneurial team and we're excited to be working on some of Amazon Ads' most exciting new offerings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

  • 3+ years of AdTech experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

  • MBA

  • Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

  • 5+ years AdTech experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
