The internship is a program dedicated to bringing new talent to P&G and our main goal is to offer full-time positions to our successful Interns.

As an Intern:

  • Recurring visits to the doctors assigned to promote the benefits of our products to generate business demand.

  • Promote marketing campaigns of personal healthcare products, to meet the doctors’ needs.

  • Lead Medical detailing projects to analyze current coverage and future present in new segments.

  • Manage the allocated material resources (medical samples, brand reminders, CME or micromarketing), in order to ensure a better dissemination of personal healthcare products and services.

  • Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership will improve.

  • We will make sure you receive both formal training and as regular mentorship from your manager and others.

Job Qualifications

  • Active student of a University Degree (fields like: chemistry, nursing, bacteriology, speech-language therapy, pharmacist) with 6 to 12 months to graduation date.

  • Eligible to work in Colombia.

  • Live in Bogota

  • Display strong leadership, teamwork, analytical skills and problem.

  • Have strong verbal and writing communication skills
