What will you do?

Plans budgets and oversees execution of projects, for assigned area of responsibility. Real Estate projects steering. Local interface and relationship manager to customers and stakeholders.

• Ensures EHS, security, sustainability, data protection and quality standards.

• Plans, executes and controls investment and expansion projects.

• Selects and steers local FM/FS contractors and internal & external project managers.

• Ensures legal ownership representation to local authorities and public sector stakeholders with full adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws.

• Ensures transparency of environmental risks within portfolio and derives need for action.

• Analyzes and evaluates defined locations and develops action plan.

• Steers environmental projects/ supervises remediations.

• Evaluation of environmental risk projects: Support M&A-, Transaction-, Development-, Construction projects on environmental risk topics.

• Cost benchmarking and estimation in projects.

• Evaluates markets; leads and develops tender strategies.

• Responsibility for cost benchmarking and selection of design partners and planners.

• Ensures business responsibility for responsible team via appropriate routines, processes, principles and rules of collaboration.

• Responsible for qualified calculation and controlling of key figures in project continuation.

• Steering of Business Case incl. Capex of projects.

• Steering and continuous controlling of KPIs.

What will you need to succeed?

• Bachelor in civil engeneer or related.

• +5 years experience in similiar positions or projects.

• Knowlade in construction requirments.

• Fluent comunication in english.

• Project management.

• People management.
