Job Description

AECOM México busca Project Engineer Jr.

Funciones:

  • Ayudar en la revisión y preparación de planos para la construcción.

  • Dar soporte a la supervisión y documentar el progreso de la construcción para garantizar que las actividades se alineen con los cronogramas, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de construcción para identificar y resolver problemas técnicos en el sitio, aplicando soluciones prácticas y eficientes.

  • Dar soporte a la coordinación de la logística de materiales y equipos en el sitio de construcción, asegurando la disponibilidad y el uso óptimo de los recursos.

  • Participar en las reuniones diarias de seguridad y apoyar la implementación de las políticas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.

  • Responsables de la identificación de los equipos y/o sistemas de largo tiempo de entrega, su repercusión en el programa de construcción y con las demás disciplinas del proyecto.

  • Responsable de la coordinación y logística del suministro e instalación de los diferentes equipos de su disciplina.

  • Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento del programa de construcción aprobado y la actualización de este en caso de ser necesario.

  • Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento de la normativa nacional y en caso de no existir, apegarse a los estándares internacionales aplicables.

  • Responsable de la identificación de las distintas ordenes de cambio que puedan surgir, ya sea en tiempo y/o costo, documentarlas y darles seguimiento.

  • Responsables de la coordinación y solución de interferencias para la instalación de bancos de ductos y/o instalaciones subterráneas requeridas en el proyecto.

  • Realizar seguimientos y controles de calidad para los trabajos de construcción, incluyendo inspecciones y pruebas de materiales.

  • Asistir en la capacitación de nuevos empleados y trabajadores en procedimientos de construcción y prácticas de seguridad.

  • Apoyar la preparación de informes de estado y actualizaciones del proyecto para la gerencia y otros stakeholders.

  • Mantener registros detallados de todas las actividades de construcción, incluyendo detalles de la mano de obra, uso de equipos y avances diarios.

  • Colaborar con ingenieros para asegurar que todas las modificaciones en el diseño se integren correctamente en el proceso de construcción.

Qualifications

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil o afín + 2 años de experiencia en roles de ingeniería en proyectos de construcción o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en proyectos de ingeniería de la Construcción o campos relacionado
