The person in this position will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external communication activities with an institutional focus. Reporting to the Communications Manager, they will support the area in its mission to strengthen internal engagement and the company's reputation.

  • Coordination of agencies that support the communications area (PR, LinkedIn, internal communication)

  • Implementation of new internal communication processes and tools, seeking to promote tone of voice and unified messages

  • Liaison with global teams for strategic alignment and cascading initiatives

  • Production of institutional content, website articles and fact sheets on topics in the area

  • Strategic participation in ERGs and local committees to amplify messages

  • Support for corporate crisis management

  • Enabling employee engagement and advocacy campaigns

  • Monitoring and reporting of area KPIs

  • Others

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication, Journalism or related areas

  • English advanced

  • Experience in corporate communications (agencies or in-house)

  • Experience in strategic communication in crisis situations

  • Knowledge of ESG and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
