Red Hat Latam Business Operations Analyst in Sao Paulo, Brazil

About the job

The Red Hat Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will work on sales operations activities, like training, planning, reporting, review and fulfillment tracking, etc., to improve the efficiency of the sales process.

What you will do

  • Understand business model, goals, and macroeconomic environment to provide actionable insights.

  • Analyze forecasts, attainments, pipeline, and growth by region, sub-region, and segments to support strategic decision-making.

  • Anticipate and manage change by proposing innovative solutions to business challenges.

  • Proactively align organizational priorities to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Hold business leaders accountable to key metrics and drive performance beyond objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing strategic guidance and support.

  • Develop reporting requirements to address various business needs and optimize analytical capabilities.

  • Conduct trend and root cause analysis, documenting business cases, and translating requirements into functional solutions.

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to standard portfolio processes.

  • Evaluate business process implications of system requirements and recommend appropriate redesigns.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure the integrity and completeness of functional area projects and solutions.

  • Ensure alignment with functional areas and cross-organizational initiatives.

  • Provide support in the planning process and executive-level analyses.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to other business analysts within the organization.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including proficiency in business intelligence tools, SFDC, CRMA, Tableau, google tools

  • Experience managing projects and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
