Cardinal Health Operations Manager Brazil in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, resolution of issues, and proactive communication.
Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehouse management, inventory control and logistics.
Collaborate closely with our LSP to ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations and customer service to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment
Document and manage supply chain processes to ensure standardization, compliance and continuous improvement in operations, creating clear guidelines for team members.
Chair internal and external meetings to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged in driving results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout the supply chain.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing operations status, challenges, and progress towards goals.
