Cardinal Health Operations Manager Brazil in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, resolution of issues, and proactive communication.

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehouse management, inventory control and logistics.

  • Collaborate closely with our LSP to ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations and customer service to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment

  • Document and manage supply chain processes to ensure standardization, compliance and continuous improvement in operations, creating clear guidelines for team members.

  • Chair internal and external meetings to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged in driving results.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout the supply chain.

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing operations status, challenges, and progress towards goals.

People Management:

  • Train, mentor and lead your team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Grow, develop, and retain your team with intentional talent planning

  • Leverage diverse and multicultural experiences and strengths and foster a one-team mindset

  • Encourage curiosity and growth mindset

  • Implement VOE action plans and conduct regular feedback sessions
