We are looking for a payroll specialist who wants to do a complex role, to take the payroll experience to another level and help build our rapidly growing company.

Sounds great? What will you be working on?
As team: support payroll processing for more than 5.000 employees in Brazil and help the team with complex payroll queries and escalations
Collaborate with payroll leaders to maintain an efficient and effective audit process
Collaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company’s rapid growth and commitment to quality
Be a subject matter expert in projects to drive payroll improvements for Brazil
Be a partner for M&A and expansions projects
Liaison with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Law or related field
Experience in payroll processing for Brazil
Fluent English
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and other formulas)
Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details
Preferred Qualifications
Deep Knowledge in labor legislation and specific payroll regulations (eSocial, DCTFWEB, FGTS digital)
Familiar with payroll software (Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, SAP and T&A systems)
Experience with process transitions
