Oracle Systems Analyst in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Job Description

Career Level - IC3

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with development, QA, Strategy team and other Oracle teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery

Capturing and Defining Requirements:

  • Define functional and non-functional requirements, groom epics, define acceptance criteria, and identify dependencies

Designing New Features:

  • Address specific fiscal and business requirements and restaurants industry mandates.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and risk management standards.

Managing and Improving Existing Product Offerings:

  • Design innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience with fiscal and integration solutions.

Tracking and Reporting Progress:

  • Proactively identify risks to delivery and implement mitigation actions.

Documentation

  • Provide comprehensive release documentation for new features and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Dev team to accomplish all legal and market requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis and requirement gathering

  • Understand the legal requirements, market, customers and product management strategy and convey these contexts to the team

  • Experience in commercial software development life cycle

  • Good understanding of XML, JSON and SQL. JavaScript, HTML and CSS knowledge is a pro

  • Good written and spoken English language skills is a must, Spanish is a pro

  • Degree in Computer Science or related education/experience

  • Familiarity with Agile environment (SCRUM)

  • Experience working in international and distributed teams.

  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects to completion
